For better search experience, we strongly suggest to use as possible as complete keyword or ID. Partial keyword or short keyword usually takes longer time for record searching and data visualization.

There are two ways to search, either paste sequence in FASTA format in the textbox or load a FASTA file. And you can set a e value to limit the result, the default is 1e-10.
